Helpful Stories is an independent publication written by me, Eve-Lynn Swan. It flows from the my desire to serve my community by sharing information that may include biographies, personal essays, history and fiction, for example.

If my curiosity sends me off on a research tangent, which results in solutions or data, if it helps someone improve their understanding of events, history, themselves, of next steps to take in interesting times, or provides a giggle, escape from anxiety or a feeling of shared connection, then I will consider this work helpful.
